Analysis

LP 1-2

We analyze the project’s requirements, framework conditions, and objectives. In doing so, we establish clarity early on regarding feasibility, risks, and the optimal project structure.

Planning

Levels 3–5

Based on clear guidelines, we prepare structured requests for proposals, coordinate the awarding of contracts, and provide a transparent basis for decision-making for all parties involved.

LP 6–7

We coordinate all project stakeholders, streamline communication channels, and ensure that processes run smoothly. We keep a close eye on deadlines, costs, and quality at all times.

Implementation

LP 8

During this phase, we take on responsibility on-site or as a general contractor. We ensure quality, manage processes, and respond flexibly to any challenges that arise.

Graduation

We oversee the project through to final acceptance and handover. Documentation, quality control, and a thorough completion ensure long-lasting results and planning reliability.

Our History

STORESET emerged from a family-run group of companies that has been operating within project-driven structures for many years. Working day in and day out on challenging projects—involving numerous stakeholders and strict deadlines—quickly demonstrated just how crucial structured processes, clear lines of responsibility, and reliable management are to project success.

Based on this experience, STORESET was founded as an independent company. The goal was to seamlessly integrate project management, construction supervision, and implementation, thereby relieving clients of the burden throughout all phases of the project. Today, STORESET stands for clear processes, well-coordinated teams, and a robust network—with a commitment to bringing projects to a successful conclusion in a safe, efficient, and transparent manner.
